All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT. Prices in other currencies are indicative, converted at a reference rate; your card issuer sets the final amount.

Quantities are limited, and an order is confirmed only once you receive our confirmation email.

Stated delivery times are estimates in business days and exclude public holidays. International shipments may be delayed by customs; any duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

You may exchange or return within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, in original condition, with its tag attached. Inside Egypt we collect from your address.

Made-to-order pieces, items discounted by more than 50%, and inner essentials are excluded for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Available inside Egypt only, for an additional fee. Refusing delivery without cause twice in a row may remove this option from your account.

All designs, prints, imagery and copy on this site belong to Aloush and may not be reused commercially without written permission.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
