How long is delivery within Egypt?+
Cairo and Giza in 1–2 business days, other governorates in 2–4. We send a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Is cash on delivery available?+
Yes, in every Egyptian governorate for an extra EGP 25. You can also pay up front by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
What size are the hijabs?+
Standard is 180×70cm and long is 200×80cm. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
How should I wash it?+
Hand wash cold, or a gentle cycle inside a laundry bag. No bleach, and press on low heat from the reverse side.
Can I exchange or return?+
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn with its tag attached. Inside Egypt we collect from your door.
Do you ship outside Egypt?+
We ship within Egypt only at the moment. International shipping is coming — follow us on Instagram to hear first.
Do the photos match the real colours?+
We photograph every piece under neutral light, but screens vary slightly. If the shade isn't right, we'll exchange it free.
