Privacy policy

We collect your name, email, mobile number and delivery address at checkout, because those are what we need to prepare, ship and follow up on your order.

We also record anonymised browsing data (pages visited, device type) to improve the store. It is not linked to your name.

We do not accept card payments and never store card details. Orders are paid by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash transfer, or in cash to the courier on delivery; for transfers we see only what your banking or wallet app shows us.

We share your address and phone with the courier solely to deliver your order, and billing details with the payment gateway. We never sell or rent your data.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing hello@aloushstore.com. We respond within 30 days.

Newsletter subscription is optional and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
